Politics in Texas Supreme court rules that Texas can arrest and deport Illegal Immigrants crossing into the state

Legalised Arresting of Illegal Immigrants

The U.S. Supreme Court allows the State of Texas to arrest, fine, and deport Illegal Immigrants who attempt to cross the Mexico – America Border via Texas. The Biden presidency had called it “Unconstitutional” yet Biden’s presidential term sees the highest monthly influx of illegal immigrants.

Currently, in 2024, approximately 900,000 illegal immigrants have crossed into America. If the Biden white house wants to stop the flow of migrants on a Federal level then Biden can sign an Executive Order like Trump did in 2017 to drastically reduce the flow of illegal immigrants. Due to Biden’s inaction and complacency with millions flowing over the border each year, the state of Texas has taken it into its own hands.

Texas Border Stampede

On Friday the 26th of March approximately 300 illegal immigrants, comprised mostly of young men, attempted to storm a Texas Border wall. Illegal immigrants attacked Texas national guardsmen, who were stopped at Texas’s primary border wall. Mexican Cartels have helped Illegal Immigration to smuggle illegal drugs across the Mexico-American border.

Influence of Cartel Soldiers

Cartel soldiers will drive the illegal immigrants to the American Border so that they can cross into America. Due to an influx of Illegal Immigrants in one area, U.S. Border Patrol and Customs officers are drawn away from the areas they are stationed to go to where the Illegal immigrants are to process and welcome them into the Country. The 4 main Cartels helping illegal immigrants are the Sinaloa Cartel, Juarez Cartel, Los Zetas Cartel, and Gulf Cartel.

New York Mayor visits southern border after horrible migration decisions

Politics in Texas has also sparked response from New York. The Mayor of New York, Eric Adams, has shifted his stance on illegal immigration from welcoming illegal migrants to stopping their entry into the United States.

New York became a sanctuary city in 1989, not for immigration policies, but social ones. Currently, A sanctuary city is a city that will not share information on non-citizens with the federal government. As a result, thousands of criminals are being accommodated in New York City.

Over the 3 years of Joe Biden’s Presidency, New York has approximately 65,000 Migrants under their care. Currently, illegal migrants will get housing for at least 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) upon arrival and receive $12 to $13 on a pre-paid debit card to shop at supermarkets, bodegas, and local shops.
